The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) Issue an order or direction thereby commanding and directing to the opposite party No.1 i.e. Civil Judge (Avar khand) south Room No.24 Sultanpur to decide the application dated 16-04-2022 under order 39 Rule 1 and 2 C.P.C. read with section-151 C.P.C. in suit No.542 of 2022 in the name of Ram Sajiwan Vs Radhey Shyam expeditiously within some stipulated period fixing by this Hon'ble Court which is contained as Annexure No.1 to this petition." 3. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid application with all expedition, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
