BAJANTHRI) 8 02-05-2025 Appellants have assailed the order of the learned Single Judge dated 05.09.2019 passed in CWJC No. 18628 of 2018. On 17.03.2025, following order was passed : “Re : I.A. No. 2 of 2020 Heard I.A. No. 2 of 2020 filed for condonation of delay of 101 days in filing the present L.P.A. No. 35 of 2020. For the reasons stated in the application read with the affidavit, delay of 101 days in filing the present appeal is condoned. I.A. No. 2 of 2020 stands allowed. 2. Prima facie, appellants have not made out a case on the issue that contesting respondents have not been heard in the matter before effecting termination. In this regard, necessary documents shall be placed on record before the next date of hearing, failing which present appeal would be dismissed. 3. Relist this matter on 02.04.2025.” 2. The appellants could not apprise this Court on the issue that before terminating services of the respondents, they have been heard while issuing show cause notice or not? Learned counsel for the appellants admitted that no such show cause notice has been issued to the respondents. On this short question, the appellants have not made out a case so as to interfere with the order of the learned Single Judge dated Patna High Court L.P.A No.35 of 2020(8) dt.02-05-2025 4/4 05.09.2019 passed in CWJC No. 18628 of 2018. 3.
