Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authorities for issuance of appointment letter of petitioner on the post of Constable in Civil Police in pursuance of his selection for the same. 3. It is submitted that in the application form, petitioner had clearly disclosed the aspect that a criminal case was pending against him but was selected despite the said information. It is submitted that petitioner is, therefore, required to be issued his appointment letter. 4. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party no. 4 i.e. Superintendent of Police, Pratapgarh who shall consider and decide the same expeditiously within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 5. With aforesaid directions, petition stands disposed of.
