It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner’s maternal grand father was one V.Muthaiah Thevar and that the name of the petitioner’s maternal grand mother is M.Petchiammal. However, while issuing the death certificate after the petitioner’s mother namely Pushbavalli, who died on 26.01.2020, by mistake, name of the petitioner’s grand mother has been given as Thedachalam. 4. It is submitted that name of the petitioner’s grand mother is only Petchiammal not Thedachalam. The aforesaid name Thedachalam is only by mistake, as she was referred to as Thedachalam. Copy of the death certificate issued after the death of the petitioner’s grand mother Petchiammal dated 23.05.2022 indicates that name of the petitioner’s maternal grand mother is Petchiyammal and the name of the petitioner's maternal grand father is V.Muthaiah Devar. 5. Recording the same, the name of petitioner's grand mother, who was referred as Thedachalam may require correction in the death certificate issued after the death of petitioner’s mother Pushpavalli on 06.02.2020.
