Suresh Reddy) Today, when the appeal is taken up for hearing, a letter, dt. 10.04.2026, addressed by Paryavekshanaadhikari (Superintendent), Central Prison, Nellore, to the Registrar (Judicial), was placed on record; and as per the said letter, the appellant died on 27.03.2026 due to ill-health. He has also annexed a Death Certificate of the appellant to that effect. In view of the above, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as abated. No order as to costs.
