This application under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Rakesh Koch, seeking bail in Special (NDPS) Case No. 02/2024 arising out of Goalpara P.S. Case No. 117/2023 registered under Sections 22(c) of NDPS Act, 1985, wherein he was arrested on Page No.# 2/2 02.08.2023 and is in custody since then. On instruction of the petitioner, Mr. Hassan, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this bail application to which Mr. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam has no objection.
