In view of the order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to opposite party no.4 is dispensed with. 3. This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties concerned to protect the petitioner's life an liberty as well as illegal harassment of the petitioner without any rhyme and reason from the police of Police Station Kotwali City, District Hardoi ad also not take any coercive measure, in the interest of justice.” 4. We have gone through the pleadings on record. 5. This writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition containing the details of the Police Officer, who have illegally detained the petitioner for three days in the lockup and who have called on her mobile phone, as orally argued by the counsel for the petitioner. .
