Union Territory of J&K and Ors. ...Respondent(s) Through: Mr. Furqan Yaqoub, GA CORAM: HON’BLE MR JUSTICE VINOD CHATTERJI KOUL, JUDGE O R D E R 07.11.2025 When this matter was taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the petition may be disposed of at this stage, as they were ready to consider the petitioner’s claim for release of post- retiral benefits. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on the other hand, submitted that the petition may be disposed of by directing respondents to consider the claim of petitioner for release of post-retiral benefits, including Leave Salary and Gratuity, within a specified time frame.
