Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his argument to the part of the order which, according to him, factually records a wrong statement that Opposite Party Nos.2 to 4 were shown as parties in the award also. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent fairly accepts that to that extent wrong facts have been recorded in the impugned order. 4. As both the parties are in agreement that wrong facts have been recorded, the order impugned dated 06.05.2025 is modified to the extent that the observations that Opposite Party Nos.2 to 4 were parties to the award is set aside. 5. The other part of the order shall remain as it is. 6. Present petition stands disposed off in above terms.
