ORAL ORDER
1. The prayer in this writ petition is for a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 22.08.2024, copy of which is produced at Annexure – C1.
2. In the said representation, the petitioner contends that, he has been allotted a shop, but the remaining formalities such as issuance of a possession certificate, fixation of rent and deposit has not bee finalized.
3. In my view, since the petitioner is claiming that he has been allotted a premises by the Corporation and he has been put in possession of the same, it would be appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent to consider his representation dated 22.08.2024 and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this
order.

4. Nothing said in this order shall be construed as rendering an opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner.
5. This petition is accordingly disposed of.
