Petition has been filed seeking a direction to authority concerned to consider petitioner's representation dated 15.05.2025 and 28.06.2025 for mutual transfer from Kanpur to Meerut on the post of Laboratory Technician in light of paragraph no. 5 (iii) of Government Order dated 06.05.2025. 4. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspect, respondent no. 2 i.e., Director General, Medical Education and Training, Jawahar Bhawan, Lucknow is directed to consider and decide the representation dated 15.05.2025 and 28.06.2025 filed by petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously within a period of three weeks from the date a certified copy of the order is served upon him. 5. Petitioner shall annex copy of representation dated 15.05.2025 and 28.06.2025 along with certified copy of this order. 6. With the aforesaid observations/directions, petition stands disposed of.
