Petitioner is serving as Accountant in Uttarakhand Forest Development Corporation. He was put under suspension vide order dated 16.05.2024 in contemplation of departmental enquiry. Petitioner has challenged suspension order in this writ petition. 3. No interim order was passed in favour of petitioner. Mr. Rajesh Sharma, learned counsel appearing for Uttarakhand Forest Development Corporation, on instructions, submits that departmental enquiry, initiated against petitioner is pending. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in the counter affidavit filed on 29.11.2024, it is mentioned in para 32 that departmental enquiry, initiated against petitioner is still in motion. 5. Since a period of more than one year has elapsed since the filing of counter affidavit, the writ petition is disposed of by providing that departmental enquiry initiated against petitioner 2025:UHC:10709 shall be completed within three months from date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
