Heard Mr. S. Borbhuyan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. R. Bora, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam appearing for the State respondent. It is submitted by Mr. S. Borbhuyan, learned counsel for the petitioners that as per the instruction/information, the case has already been charge sheeted vide Charge Sheet No.115/2025, dated 30.07.2025 and cognizance of the case has already been taken on 06.08.2025, fixing the date of appearance on
14.10.2025. In view of this, the present bail petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to appear before the learned Trial Court, with an appropriate bail
