The Natham Nilavari Thitta Register stands in the name of the Temple. The petitioner submitted a representation before the respondents on 31.05.2025, seeking survey of the property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court. 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has not filed any online application and hence, his request has not been considered. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the petitioner is directed to produce the acknowledgment for having submitted an online application seeking survey of the subject property before the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
