Sri Madhusudan Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant and Mrs. Anjali Srivastava, learned counsel, holding brief of Sri Manoj Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the respondent have submitted that the compromise has been entered into between the parties and the same has been implemented. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant does not want to press the present contempt application and the same may be dismissed as not pressed. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the applicant. Accordingly, the application is allowed. In view of above, the present contempt application is dismissed as not pressed.
