The petitioner’s counsel submits that despite completion of the contract work, the petitioner has not been paid his bill amounting to Rs.39,48,034/-. 3. Mr. P. Nayak, learned counsel for the respondents has submitted the payment status certificate of the contract work done by the petitioner, vide the certificate dated 18.06.2025, issued by the Executive Engineer, PWD, Kokrajhar Roads Division. The said payment status certificate shows that the petitioner has been paid his entire dues of Rs.39,48,034/-. 4. In view of the above, there is nothing to adjudicate in this matter.
