Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the State respondent. 2. In view of the order proposed to be passed issuance of notice to private opposite parties is dispensed with. 3. Instant petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for direction to Tehsildar, Tehsil Utraula, District Barabanki to decide case No.4239 of 2021 (computerized case No. T 202108100304239) "Abdul Maruf Vs. Mohd. Nafees Khan" under Section 34 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, expeditiously. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner would be sufficiently met in case Tehsildar ,Tehsil Utraula, District Barabanki considers and decides the aforesaid case in the time bound manner. 5. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits, Tehsildar Tehsil Utraula, District Barabanki is directed to decide case No.4239 of 2021 (computerized case No. T 202108100304239) "Abdul Maruf Vs. Mohd. Nafees Khan" under Section 34 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, expeditiously, say within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment. 7. It is further directed that the parties to the case shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the case and shall not seek any unnecessary adjournment, neither any such adjournment shall be granted by the Court concerned, except in exceptional circumstances. 8.
