Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 734 of 2024 arising out of Bero P.S. Case No. 77 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 126/115(2)117/109/352/351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned A.J.C-XII, Ranchi. 3. On 16.07.2024, petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the son of the Informant namely Vishwanath Tirkey, due to which, he sustained grievous injuries and in course of treatment, he died. Occurrence has taken place because the deceased used to talk to the sister of the petitioner which was opposed by the petitioner. 4.
