Today the case is listed on office reference for extension of time to conclude Civil Suit No. A/8/2021 (Suresh Kumar Jagatramka vs. Mahesh Kumar jagatramka and others). 2. PUD has been received from 3rd District Judge, Raigarh District Raigarh with a request for extension of time to conclude Civil Suit No. A/8/2021 passed in WP 227 No. 891 of 2023 wherein this Court has directed the trial Court make an endeavor to complete the trial upto 25.02.2025. The learned trial Court is also directed to see that the order passed by this Court is being complied in its letter and sprit. 3. In view of the submission made in the PUD, I feel inclined to allow the prayer made in the PUD. 4. Prayer is allowed and extension of time is granted. 5. It is directed that the trial Court shall make an endeavor to decide the Civil Suit No. A/8/2021 within four months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. It is expected that the parties shall cooperate in trial to conclude it expeditiously. It is also directed that unncessary adjournment shall not be granted to the parties by the trial Court. 6.
