Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed challenging order dated 20.06.2025 whereby petitioner has been transferred from the post of Joint Director (Prosecution), Lucknow to the post of Joint Director (Prosecution) Vigilance, Lucknow. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that impugned order has been passed without indicating any reason for such transfer and that too, when petitioner is due superannuate within six months. It is submitted that transfer has been made with mala-fide intention as petitioner is an office bearer and had submitted a complaint vide letter dated 20.06.2025. 4. Learned State Counsel on the basis of instructions submits that transfer of the petitioner has been done in administrative exigencies although it has not been indicated in the impugned order. 5. Considering the submissions advanced by learned counsel for parties and material available on record, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before respondent no. 1 i.e., Additional Chief Secretary Department of Home, Civil Secretariat, Lucknow, who shall consider and decide the same expeditiously keeping in view the fact that petitioner is due to retire within six months and required to be posted for purposes of preparation of his pension documents. In case such a representation is filed within three days from today before respondent no. 1, the same shall be considered and decided within ten days thereafter in accordance with law. 6. Till disposal of petitioner's representation, he shall not be compelled to join at the transferred place in pursuance of impugned transfer order.
