This petition has been filed seeking a writ of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 1 to decide the Revision No. 15(R)/G&M(U.P./2025) Akram Vs. Director, Directorate of Geology and Mining & Ors. filed by the petitioner under Rule 80 of the U.P. Minor Minerals (Concession) Rules, 2021 or to decide the interim stay application moved by the petitioner in the aforesaid Revision, and not to proceed with the recovery in pursuance of the recovery certificate dated 21.04.2025. 3. Let the interim relief application of the petitioner be decided by the revisional authority within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4. The revisional authority is further directed to make an endeavour to dispose of the revision itself at the earliest say within a period of three months. 5. Only for 15 days no recovery shall be made from the petitioner in pursuance to the order impugned in the revision. 6. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. (Om Prakash Shukla,J.)
