Panki, District Palamau, Jharkhand ..... Petitioner(s). Versus The State of Jharkhand … Opp. Party(s). ------ CORAM : SRI ANANDA SEN, J. ------ For the Petitioner(s) : Mr. Sheo Kr. Singh, Advocate. For the State : Mr. Naveen Kr. Ganjhu, A. P.P. …..... 03/25.06.2025: This anticipatory bail application under Section(s) 482 and 484 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been preferred by the petitioners apprehending their arrest for offences registered under Section(s) 341/323/307/504/34 of IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act in connection with Panki P.S. No.82 of 2024, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Palamau at Daltonganj. 2. Heard the parties at length and had gone through the documents, annexed along with this application. 3. Opportunity was given to the State to oppose the bail, which the State availed and opposed. 4. The allegation in the F.I.R. is that the petitioners and others were stacking brick in front of door of the informant. When the informant opposed, these petitioners started abusing him. The son of the petitioner along with one Aniket Ram came and started firing indiscriminately, as a result of which, a child of 15 years old sustained injury. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to these petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners, named above, is rejected. Anu/-C.P.-3 (ANANDA SEN, J.)
