Accused absent. Put up on 20.06.2025" and chargesheet dated 21.04.2017. In fact the summons were issued after taking cognizance on 13.06.2017, therefore, the appeal is with mis-conceived prayer. Even otherwise no relief can be granted to a person who is absconding for about last 8 years. The appeal is dismissed.
