Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties for payment of Grade Pay of Rs.2,800/- as is being paid to similarly situated persons appointed on or before 01.12.2011 ignoring the Government Order dated 19.12.2011. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that petitioner's case is fully covered by judgment rendered by this Court in Writ-A No. 202555 of 2021 (Kamal Deep Nirala and others Vs. State of U.P. and others) vide judgment and order dated 04.07.2023. 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspect, liberty is granted to file fresh individual representation before respondent no. 2 i.e., Director General, Family Welfare, U.P. Lucknow, who shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law and keeping in view the judgment rendered by this Court in the case of Kamal Deep Nirala (supra) in case the same is applicable, expeditiously within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of the order is served upon him. 4. With the aforesaid observations/directions, petition stands disposed of.
