Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "1. To direct the Learned Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) Haveli, Ayodhya to decide the suit for specific performance of contract in Regular Suit No. 387 of 2021 namely "Ramsagar Vs. Rambaran pending before Learned Court of Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division) Second Faizabad/Ayodhya (annexure no. 1), expeditiously preferable within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for early hearing before the Court concerned which shall be considered in accordance with law and in terms of the administrative guidelines issued by this Court. The petitioner will also be at liberty to file an application under Order 8 Rule 10 of the CPC, if so advised, in accordance with law.
