Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for respondent nos. 4 to 7 and learned A.G.A for the State. 2. The present Habeas Corpus Writ Petition has been filed to issue a direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus thereby to direct the respondents to produce the petitioner no. 1 (corpus) before this Court who has been illegally detained by respondent nos. 4 to 7. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner no. 2/mother of corpus may be given visitation right to meet her son-petitioner no. 1 (corpus) at least twice in a month for which learned counsel for the respondent nos. 4 to 7 has no objection. 4. In the light of facts mentioned hereinabove, the petitioner no. 2/mother of corpus is given visitation rights to meet the corpus twice in a month i.e. on second and fourth Sunday of every month between 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. It is made clear that the corpus shall accompany his father at the time of visitation right which will be exclusively availed by Smt. Ishika Pandey i.e. mother of corpus. 5. Respondent nos. 4 to 7 are also directed that they will not create any hindrance or disturbance in meeting of petitioner no. 2/mother with the corpus. It is made clear that meeting shall take place at common place i.e. park/restaurant/mall/temple etc. 6. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of.
