Shri Sudeep Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 has submitted that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 22.10.2024, the total due/remaining amount of Rs. 5,36,592.00 has been paid to the applicants by transferring the said amount in their accounts through R.T.G.S. on 06.11.2024 and 02.01.2025 after deducting the T.D.S. Learned counsel for the applicants has very fairly submitted that the amount has already been credited in the accounts of the applicants. In view of the aforesaid, the present contempt petition has become infructuous as such, it is dismissed as infructuous. Notice issued, if any, stands discharged.
