Present petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved against the election process in which Opposite Party No.8 was found to be eligible for appointment. 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon instructions, states that the election of Opposite Party No.8 has been referred to the Tehsil Level Committee which can take decision with regard to acceptance or not of the proposal made in favour of Opposite Party No.8. 4. Considering the fact that the proposal is yet to be considered by the Tehsil Level Committee and the petitioner has already filed objections, present petition is disposed off with direction to the Tehsil Level Committee to take into account the objections filed by the petitioner prior to finalizing the proposal in favour of Opposite Party No.8.
