The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging an order dated 28.02.2025 passed under Section 47-A of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899. 3. Learned Standing Counsel states that an appeal is prescribed against the said order. 4. Upholding the said objection, the present petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the order impugned under Section 56(1-A) of the Indian Stamp Act. In case, the appeal is filed within a period of three weeks from today, the same shall be entertained on merits and and shall not be dismissed on the ground of limitation.
