Let the petitioner implead 'Board of Revenue through its Chairman' as opposite party during course of the day. The revision of the petitioner was dismissed as informed by the petitioner's counsel. During its pendency, some stay order is said to have been operative but after its dismissal and during pendency of restoration application, the private opposite parties are trying to change the nature of the land and take possession thereon. If it is so, then the remedy is to pursue restoration application before the Board of Revenue.
