Revenue Code, 2006: Shyam Lal Vs. Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Alapur, District Ambedkar Nagar, pending before the respondent No. 1-Board of Revenue Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits, respondent No. 1-Board of Revenue Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow is directed to decide the interim relief application pending in the Revisoin No. REV/3788/2024/Ambedkar Nagar Computerized Case No. R2024040404003788, under Section 210 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006: Shyam Lal Vs. Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Alapur, District Ambedkar Nagar, pending before him on the next date fixed and in case due to some unavoidable circumstances, it cannot be decided on the next date fixed, the same shall be decided within a period of two weeks thereafter, in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment. 5.
