After arguing for a while learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will move an application for change of user before the District Level Development Authority Board for the reason that earlier the building was being used for commercial purpose and mistakenly permission for construction was obtained for residential building. 5. In view of the statement made by counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of finally; however the petitioner is permitted to move such an application before the District Level Development Officer for conversion of the user of the property within ten days from today. Till then the impugned order shall be kept in abeyance. 6. Let a certified copy of this order be supplied to counsel for the parties, today itself, on payment of usual charges.
