Further learned counsel for petitioner on the basis of instructions submits that though petitioner was not selected but some other persons have already been selected. 4. Considering the fact that selected and appointed persons have not been made party in the present petition, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to petitioner to file fresh with the correct prayer, pleadings and parties.
