Considering innocuous prayer being made, respondent no. 1 i.e., Principal Secretary, Department of Home Civil Secretariat, U.P., Lucknow is directed to consider and decide representation of petitioner dated 30.12.2024 in terms of aforesaid Rules expeditiously within a period of three weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon the authority concerned. 4.
