The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Katkamdag P.S. Case No. 30 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 392 of the I.P.C., pending in the court of Ms. Tanvee, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribagh. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No.9229 of 2024 by order dated 29.10.2024 with a liberty to renew his prayer for after six months. On 21.02.2024 at about 12:00 noon, two unknown miscreants snatched the bag of the informant containing Rs.4 lakhs. During course of investigation, petitioner was apprehended and he has been identified in T.I.Parade. It was submitted that petitioner has remained in custody for about a year. It was further submitted that charge has not been framed in this case. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Tanvee, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribagh or her successor, in connection with Katkamdag P.S.
