Petition has been filed seeking a direction to Armed Forces Tribunal, Regional Bench, Lucknow for expeditious disposal of Transfer Application No. 59 of 2022. 4. It is submitted that aforesaid case, which has been transferred from this Court at Allahabad to Armed Forces Tribunal is otherwise ripe for hearing and required to be decided expeditiously. 5. Learned counsel for opposite parties does not have any instructions in the matter. 6. In view thereof, opposite party no. 1 i.e., Armed Forces Tribunal, Regional Bench Lucknow may decide Transfer Application No. 59 of 2022 expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon him without granting adjournment to either of parties, in case it is otherwise ripe for hearing. 7. With the aforesaid observations/directions, petition stands disposed of.
