Baddupur, District Barabanki. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the same. With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition is consigned to record as withdrawn.
