This Court, vide order dated 13.12.2023, passed in MCRC No. 7146 of 2023, while allowing the bail to the petitioner, namely, Pappu Sahu @ Abdulaha, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. Earlier on occasion also, this Court had granted extension of time for RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI 2 conclusion of the trial vide order dated 05.08.2024 in CRMP No.2070/2024. 4. The learned Judicila Magistrate First Class, District – Raipur (C.G.) through the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Raipur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 12.03.2025 has requested for grant of some more time for concluding the trial. 5. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that on account of the absence of the accused, the case was taking time for its conclusion, but now in the present case the accused has been present, and the trial is fixed for prosecution evidence, and the prosecution witnesses are yet to be examined. Hence, trial is likely to take some time for its conclusion. Hence, he prays for grant of some more time for concluding the trial. 6. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from today. 7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 8.
