Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Having regard to the nature of the order proposed to be passed in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 5 and 6, is dispensed with. 3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, although several grounds have been raised in the writ petition, it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 20.06.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 3/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.(MD)No.19008 of 2025 4.
