Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:39614-DB Court No. - 2 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 6502 of 2025 Petitioner :- Arjun Kumar Yadav Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Law And Justice Lko. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Vijayendra Prakash Tripathi,Deepika Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Om Prakash Shukla,J. Heard Sri Vijayendra Prakash Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Subhash Chandra Pandey, learned counsel for the opposite party No.2 and learned Additional C.S.C. for the State. Counsel for the U.P. Bar Council says that there is nothing in the writ petition to indicate that the opposite party no.4 is an advocate registered with the U.P. Bar Council, neither the registration number with the Bar Council nor any other document has been annexed. On being confronted, the petitioner's counsel could not satisfy us as regards the objection of the counsel for the U.P. Bar Council. In view of this, we cannot interfere in the matter, however, if the petitioner is able to establish that the opposite party No.4 is an advocate registered with the U.P. Bar Council, he can approach the U.P. Bar Council raising his grievance or complaint, as the case may be, which can be considered. Writ Petition stands disposed of. (Om Prakash Shukla,J.)
