Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority for payment of arrears of salary and consequential service benefits w.e.f. 27.02.2019 that is the date of his regularization. 3. For the said grievance, petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 05.06.2025 but seeks liberty to file a fresh representation before authority concerned. 4. Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party no. 2 i.e. Collector, District Magistrate, District Pratapgarh who shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 5. With aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of.
