Case No. 30 of 2025 corresponding to POCSO Case No. 52 of 2025 for the offences registered under section 70(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 4, 6 and 8 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Ranchi. 3. On 08.02.2025, petitioner along with co-accused persons were found in compromising position with some girls in Sadar Hospital, Ranchi. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 08.02.2025. 5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Ranchi in connection with Lower Bazar P.S.
