Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "i. Direct the opposite party no.1 i.e. Civil Judge (Senior Division) Unnao to decide the Civil Suit No.235/2025 (Rambabu Versus Naseem Ahmad and others), pending in the court of learned Civil Judge (S.D.), Unnao, within any stipulated period. ii. Direct the opposite party no.1 to pass an order for restraining the opposite party no.2 from demolishing the house of the petitioner constructed over the Gata No. 1145 measuring area 67.85 square meter situated in village and Tehsil Safipur, Near Jagdish Khera, District Unnao and further restrain the opposite party no.2 from raising any construction over the adjacent land which is a way (Raasta) and not to interfere in the peaceful possession of petitioner over the house in question, till disposal of the Civil Suit No.235/2025 (Rambabu Versus Naseem Ahmad and others), pending in the court of learned Civil Judge (S.D.), Unnao." 3. Considering the grievances raised in para 2 of the petition, the petitioner is at liberty to move an appropriate injunction application, if so advised in the pending suit. In case such an application is filed, the same shall be considered in accordance with law. 4. The petition stands disposed of.
