Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 23.06.2025 whereby, the interim relief was granted by the appellate court and the appeal was fixed for hearing on 07.07.2025. 3. Considering the fact that the appeal itself is fixed for hearing and in terms of the prescription contained in the Government Order, the appeal is to be decided within two months, the present petition is disposed off with a direction to the appellate authority to decide the appeal positively within a period of two months from the production of a certified copy of this order. 4. Subject to the decision of the appeal, no steps shall be taken for any fresh allotment of the shop in question.
