ORDER:
The instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short, “Cr.P.C.”) has been filed by the Petitioner/ Accused seeking quashment of the proceedings pending against her in S.C.No.67 of 2021 on the file of the Court of the VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge- cum- Special Court for SC and ST Trial Cases, West Godavari District.
2. Heard Sri Mangena Sree Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. K. Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State.
3. Notice is served on the respondent No.2, but none represented.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that liberty may be given to the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition, without causing any prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner.
5. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
6. Considering the submissions of both the counsel, this Criminal petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all the contentions before the Trial Court in his defence and the Trial Court may appreciate them and take appropriate decision according to law.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
