This application u/S 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of the Criminal Case No. 1518 of 2024 (Old Criminal Case No. 3711 of 2023), Rajesh Prasad v. Lal Chandra Sharma and ors., under Section 323, 504, 506, 452, I.P.C., P.S. Kadipur, District Sultanpur, pending in the court of Civil Judge (S.D.)/A.C.J.M., Kadipur, Sultanpur, including the summoning order dated 13.10.2023 passed in the said case. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he may be permitted to move application for discharge before the trial court within 2 weeks. He further prays that some short time be fixed for disposal of the said application. If any such application is filed before the trial court, the same shall be decided within 6 weeks. Till disposal of the said case, proceedings of the aforesaid criminal case shall remain stayed. With the aforesaid observation/direction this application is disposed of.
