Order on C.M. Application No.1 of 2025 (Application for Condonation of Delay) 1. An application for condonation of delay supported with an affidavit has been filed along- with the appeal. 2. Reasons in detail have been spelt out in the affidavit filed in support of delay condonation application to which there is no objection. 3. In absence of any objection and the cause shown being sufficient, the application is allowed and the delay in filing the appeal is condoned. Order on Appeal 1. Learned counsel for the appellants has stated that the order impugned herein in this intra court appeal has already been acted upon with passing of the order dated 15-05-2025, of which a copy has been placed before us and the same is taken on record. 2. In view of the fact that the impugned order has already been carried out by the State, the intra court appeal has lost its' efficacy and the same is hereby dismissed. (Shree Prakash Singh,J.)
