Hon'ble Manish Kumar,J. Petitioner claims to have performed eleven works under a Contract with the opposite party nos. 2 to 5. Payment in respect of six works has been given but for the remaining, the payment could not be made. Hence, this writ petition. Sri K.K. Pandey, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 says that the petitioner's claim would be considered and decided at the earliest say within six weeks. If the petitioner is entitled to the payment, as claimed or such payment as may be admissible, the same would be released within the said period otherwise reasons shall be given to the petitioner as to why the amount has not been released, thereafter, the petitioner will avail other remedies. Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
