By means of this petition, petitioners has sought quashing the F.I.R. dated 01.07.2025 bearing FIR No.0459 of 2025 for the offence under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 336(3), 340(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3) BNS registered at Police Station Kotwali City, District Hardoi and a further prayer to stay the arrest of the petitioners. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings before appropriate Court, in accordance with law. 4.
