This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking following main relief(s) :- "(I). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus, commanding the opposite party no. 2 & 3 to produced the petitioner/detenue who is in illegal detention of opposite party no.4 before this Hon'ble Court and she may be set free at her liberty, otherwise the petitioner/detenue shall suffer irreparable losses, inconveniences & harassment." On being confronted, after taking note of the fact as informed by learned A.G.A. Shri Vinay Kumar Shahi based upon the instructions that the missing report has already been lodged at Police Station-Kotwali Barabanki, District Barabanki in relation to the alleged detenue, learned counsel for the petitioner says that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy as available under law. Accordingly, the habeas corpus petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
